Motor heating: Motor heating is a normal phenomenon, and an overloaded automatic disconnect device has been installed in the electrical system. Overheating can be caused by several reasons:

1. The voltage is too low or does not meet the working voltage: correct the supply voltage.

2. Poor ventilation, poor heat dissipation conditions: improved ventilation and heat dissipation conditions.

Motor noise is high: the reason is that the motor bearing is broken: replace the bearing.

The pump fluid is noisy for the following reasons:

1. The suction pipe leaks, and there are air bubbles in the return pipe: repairing parts that may leak, suction pipe fittings, filters, etc.
2. The suction pipe is blocked or the suction pipe is too small. If the vacuum gauge is installed at the inlet of the pump, the vacuum value is very large: remove the blockage, increase the suction pipe, check whether the filter net is clean, and whether the valve is fully open.

3. The pump impeller is entangled by foreign objects: the pump is dismantled to remove foreign objects.

4. Airborne sound phenomenon of the impeller: a. Improve the working condition of the suction pipe (reducing the suction head, reducing the suction pipe pipe parts, increasing the diameter of the suction pipe) b. Properly closing the outlet valve has increased the outlet pipe pressure to reduce the water flow. .

The motor is overloaded and the unit trips for the following reasons:

1. Motor wiring is not appropriate: check the wiring diagram.

2. If the wire is too small, the voltage drop is too large, causing the supply voltage to be insufficient, or the grid voltage of the power supply department is too low.

Solution: a. Use a voltmeter to check if the motor supply voltage is insufficient. b. Increase the power supply wire c. Report the power supply voltage to the power supply department.

3. The thermal sensor of the overload protection device is too small. Solution: The amperage of the overheated relay current must be one level higher than the rated current on the motor card.

4. The pump shaft is stuck or the impeller specifications are not the same. Solution: The motor ammeter has a large value and the pump is corrected.

5. Motor power is too small

The bearing housing heats more than 60 degrees Celsius: the reason is poor lubrication or the bearing is broken. Solution: add lubricating oil or replace the bearing.

The pump is mechanically noisy for two reasons:

1. The motor shaft is not the same as the pump shaft. Solution: Relax the back wheel to correct the concentricity (the back wheel must have an axial thermal expansion gap of about 2 mm).

2. The pump or motor shaft is bent. Solution: Correct or replace.

Note: The power must be switched off during repair!
